Group One Honour Roll and Season Summaries

The list of "compatibly-mated results" in the following news updates consists of those City winners, Black Type winners and Black Type placegetters that we are aware of that were identified SPECIFICALLY TO CLIENTS (as part of broodmare or yearling analysis work), either BEFORE CONCEPTION or BEFORE SALE AS A YEARLING.

The pre-conception or pre-sale timing of analysis work is testimony to the predictive powers of Brain Pedigree Analysis given the frequency of successful performers relative to the small percentage of the Australian thoroughbred population that has actually been analysed let alone identified as compatible or recommended. In addition to the horses listed, there are many other successful horses that are compatibly mated that were not subject to analysis request by clients.

Even more pleasing though was the fact that from the above horses Ancient Song and Into The Night were both raced by Laurel Oak Bloodstock, Brain's Australasian Agent. Their Group One performances included a memorable Group One quinella in the Salinger Stakes at Flemington on VRC Derby Day. Both horses were bred by clients on Brain's recommendation and then ultimately acquired by Laurel Oak to race with other clients. Into The Night was also invited to represent Australia in the Hong Kong International Sprint in December 2003.
